Low carb diet

Has anyone had any sucess with a low carb diet? And if so how long were you on it? And how much weight did you lose?

yea, I was on it for 4 months… I did 50 carbs a day on workout days, and as low as possible on non-workout days, then I had one cheat day a week. I went from 140 to 133 and 3.3% body fat. make sure you get you omega-3’s and omega-6’s in your diet, they promote more fat burn.. goodluck with your diet and feel free to message me with anymore questions reguarding it

p.s dont saty on this diet for too long, it can mess with your hormones and mood
