Well, the healthy way would be to consume healthy fats such as mono and polyunsaturated fats (which can be found in peanuts or flax seed oil). Consuming more calories (which is a measurement of energy) than what your body requires will help you gain weight as well. Take your body weight and multiply it between 15-20 and that is the current amount of calories that is required to maintain that body weight.
