What are the best exercises to build a strong muscular body

Please give instructions, because I have a built even though I am a little chubby, I just need to develop it.

My husband lifts weights on a regular basis and keeps advancing when the desired weight has been maintained… Also, it’s a good idea to get a weight lifting buddy…keeps you challenged…good luck…don’t take any steroids…no short cuts…just hard work

It’s better for you to get a personal trainer at a gym to suggest certain machines and weights that you can work with to get that muscular tone.

A personal trainer can see what your body looks like first hand and can tailor a workout regime for you that will give you maximum effect than a general workout advice that people would give you here because they have no idea what you look like, what you weigh, what your diet is, and your body’s vital stats (blood pressure, etc).
