How to control my anger?

okay, well I have issues, with school and certain people. how do I take my anger outt? because its been building up so muchh over the past few months. I really dont know how to handle this.

u can try do something physical when you get home to takeo tu energy…or you cant take a long walk ..that part helps…some people say you can take showers as well…also liek tearz said try talkngi to close friends

im not guna be much help because I have the same thing. but I just mostly talk it out with my close friends. I know its bad because sometimes you blow up at the most random people.

I actually had the same problems, but I made the mistake of dropping out of school, because I couldn’t handle it, I think the best way to get past some of your anger is, whenever you see or hear anything from a person that makes you angry just say to yourself, that you are a much better person than that, and that it is sad that they don’t have anything better to do than to make people angry and frustrated, people like that are not even worth the time of day, I dropped out of school because I was in a problem with a few guys and it went out bad, until I left because I couldn’t handle all of what they said and made me feel, whenver you feel angry towards any one just think to your self, I am soo much better than those people and knowing that you will have a much better time, don’t let it get to you like I did,,,kels.

That is exactly what is happening to me. But I can handle them. I just tell my self that there will be a better day. Getting angry isn’t going to do any good. If that doesn’t help you, think of the song you really like.

YOU SHOULD START OF BY TAKING A DEEP BREATH AND RELAX YOURSELF. THEN YOU SHOULD IGNORE THE PERSON BECAUSE THEIR INTENTION IS TO GET YOU ANGRY. LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY CAN NOT RUIN YOUR DAY. DON’T BE LOW LIFE LIKE THEM. DONT HOLD YOUR ANGER IN BECAUSE ONE DAY YOU COULD GO CRAZY AT THAT PERSON. SOMETHING I DO IS WRITE DOWN MY FEELINGS ON PAPER THEN THROW IT AWAY…ITS NOT GOOD TO STUFF ALL YOUR FEELINGS INSIDE…

Buy yourself a punch bag and get the anger out of your system but no 1 gets hurt from you doing it

go running, do something physical to the point where you are pushing yourself to the limits
