Losing weight, 10lbs in 3 days?

Is it possible to lose 10 pounds in 3 days with a healthy diet???

meech is wrong about that workout. I could do that 3x a day for 6 days and wouldn’t lose a pound so it is actually more complicated than that.

10lbs in 3 days is too hard for your body to adjust and there is not way to lose that much, health wise anyways.

Weight drops off slow unless you’re above 20% bodyfat. It is all about routine and changing your diet so do not think it will just drop off in a week or month.

I’ve been working out in the gym religiously and I’ve gone down from about 20% bodyfat to 11% in 5 months plus of course putting on some good amount of lean muscle. BTW I’ve only dropped 10lbs, 175lbs to 165lbs.

Umm…? Okay, sure you are. More like you need to stay where you are or gain weight. Girls definitely don’t like Skinny a guys, like I’m sure you don’t like skinny girls. You need muscle.

I am sure it’s possible, but why would you do that? You would look like you were dead if you lost that much weight. If you had weight to lose it could happen, but don’t try it.

no but you can lose 6 pounds in 3 days by doin the following:

80 push ups 30 jumping jacks 40 sit ups 20 crunches and the ultimate would be to do 40 of all in one day then do it everyday for the next 3 days and then results will show.
