Something better to do so you don’t die:

Drink a lot of water, eat a big breakfast (speeds up your metabolism up), small lunch and a small dinner.

No more fast food, or junk food.

Snack of only fruit/veggies and run a couple of miles a day.:-D

Yes, I have done it. You will lose a pound a day. Fasting like this is cleaning the waste from your body. And you will not die as thatoneguy, & arranrocksstated. And you will not get sick & it is not unhealthy either as xfashionfreakx, & big muma have stated. I have fasted for 66 days and felt really good and almost spiritual. I lost lots of weight and my hair and fingernails grew really long. I drank water for 3 days then after that nothing passed thru my lips. My skin was and is soft as a babies bottom.
