Why do i always worry about everything?
I have alot going on in my life now.My parents are getting divorced after my father had been been a phony for years.I worrry about toothaches.Or any ache and pain i get in my body.
youre just going through a stressful time right now hun. just take time to yourself and relax. get away from everything. find a place where you can just be alone and clear youre head. this will help with the worries. plus if you have a good friend to confide in and help you through this that also helps alot. good luck :)
Stress can make you worry and become negative. I suggest speaking to someone, a friend a family member or a counselor to help you work through the core issues that you have. Also I find that taking up a hobby I love, even if it is exercise helps keep the negativity at bay.
De-stress by finding a place as cupkate460 said. Like your bedroom, a quiet room or something. And use something to calm you down if you can’t calm down first.
I dunno. You’ve got generalized anxiety? Or you’re a hypochondriac. Or you’re just going through a stressful time, and so you’re a little stressed out. Not enough information to answer your question, and also the wrong place to be asking. Try your school counselor?
I’ve been through the same thing, >.< Not a very nice feeling right? It can be stressing, but you’ll get through it. This happened to me when my parents were getting a divorce for the same reason. I saw a therapist i would suggest the same thing, they really do help. Good luck.
I wanna see one but i just can’t at the moment since my mom doesn’t have much money.Im just trying to think positive but im always scared of toothaches because of a bad experience with an abcess.i just don’t know how to calm down.
oh i see, well you can see a school counselor, and i worry about things like that too. I use to think very wild things that now that i see it im like “wow what was i thinking” even if i still get those thoughts sometimes,…your not alone, you might have anxiety, maybe. But you should forget about things like that when you start worrying and stuff distract yourself, listen to music, draw, play a sport. Dont just have your mind on it because that sure doesn’t help. Remember what you think is how you act and what you feel.
