workouts at home ?

so im conditioning for track I tried to go to the weight room at school but got wayy to nervous with all the guys and everything so dont tell be to go back ! (: I just need some at home workouts that will help my legs and maby a few for my arms

hey I’ve been doing pilates for about 2 months on and off and its realllyl worked for me, I used to have no muscle ton ein my ar and now all my friends are impressed by my muscly arms lol . Maybe you should tey Winsor pilates circle pilates it is short only 20 minutes but its really good and when you find I too easy you can move onto harder pilates tapes.

what kind of track stuff are you doing? because that would make a big difference. I would recommend squats, lunges and tuck jumps for your legs also a few shoulder presses for your arms. :) need any more give me a shout.
