What are some at home workouts I could do to loose weight rapidly?

Well I'm 16 year old girl, I'm 5'5 and around 170. I am unhappy with my weight and appearance, and am looking to change that. I already eat pretty healthy, I don't like candy or sweets for the most part, I love fruits and vegetables, But, I'm still going to try and "eat healthier" like eating breakfast, and smaller amounts through the day, est. Any other ideas? And as of yesterday I started doing an at home work out, two days ago I did 100 sit ups, Last night I did 250 sit ups, 50 push ups, and some other little things, is there anything else I can do? Any techniques? Please keep in mind, I don't have any workout machines, and cant go to a gym, so it has to be stuff I can do all on my own. I understand I cant loose like 10 pounds in a week, But I do want to loose it as fast as possible And finally does anybody know what my goal weight should be, Im thinking about 120 ish. Is that a good weight for a 5'5 16 year old girl? If not what is cause I know I want a flat stomach but Im not sure what Weight excatlly. Please help, I really want to loose this weight and Im trying to do it all on my own which is hard with 2 parents that are the so oppisite, so please any and all advice is muchhh appriciated.
