What are some at home workouts I could do to loose weight rapidly?

Well I’m 16 year old girl, I’m 5’5 and around 170. I am unhappy with my weight and appearance, and am looking to change that. I already eat pretty healthy, I don’t like candy or sweets for the most part, I love fruits and vegetables, But, I’m still going to try and “eat healthier” like eating breakfast, and smaller amounts through the day, est. Any other ideas? And as of yesterday I started doing an at home work out, two days ago I did 100 sit ups, Last night I did 250 sit ups, 50 push ups, and some other little things, is there anything else I can do? Any techniques? Please keep in mind, I don’t have any workout machines, and cant go to a gym, so it has to be stuff I can do all on my own. I understand I cant loose like 10 pounds in a week, But I do want to loose it as fast as possible And finally does anybody know what my goal weight should be, Im thinking about 120 ish. Is that a good weight for a 5’5 16 year old girl? If not what is cause I know I want a flat stomach but Im not sure what Weight excatlly. Please help, I really want to loose this weight and Im trying to do it all on my own which is hard with 2 parents that are the so oppisite, so please any and all advice is muchhh appriciated.

Jog in the morning, just do a lot of running, I believe it is a good workout for girls looking to lose weight.

Stay motivated and always run when you get the chance!

Secondly, make this a long term goal, be consistent, and know that by the time you’re 18 (I’m 18 right now and am beginning the process of becoming independent) you won’t have to worry about your weight and you will be able to put priority on more important things. Become self-integral and don’t make excuses. Be confident in yourself, trust what you believe. I used to have very low confidence, but since I turned 18 and my mom is forcing me to move on, I have gained a ton of confidence, and that led to a lot of weight loss on my part. Even though I’m not a girl, I know what you are going through, trust me, you will lose it. By you asking on this website, it shows me that you won’t quit until you have succeeded, no matter how long it takes.

Good luck!

I just looked that up, that sounds like a great idea, fallowing a set routine rather than me just trying to come up with one. I may even try and buy the video. Thanks a lot!

Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred…MIRACLE!!! I saw definition within the first week and lost quite a bit of weight. But do it everyday so you can see results faster!! But don’t overdo it :)

Look up something called HIIT cardio. You workout really hard but for only about 15-30 minutes, it ignites your metabolism and you will see the pounds drop. Do squats, jumping jacks, shadow boxing, jogging, sprinting, lunges, and stretch and warm up and after each workout.

cardio is good and also try lifting weights and doing a few reps, not to get you buff like a guy lol :P but enough to get a bit of muscles because muscles burn fat throughout the day they keep burning regardless if your working out or not, you can be watching tv and still burn fat! lmao …but muscle weighs more so you might look slimmer but your weight might go just a bit down but u’ll look better
