wokin out on my bikee

if I ride a bike every day for 45 mintutes 2 work on my butt will it work?? && if I petal standing in sted of sitting on the seat would that help more?? srry 2 bug about this topic but I really want 2 look good. =)

Biking is a good way to work out and burn calories in general, especially if you bike uphill, and if you bike standing that’s definitely better than sitting as it involves your body more, and works more muscle groups, including the butt. Specifically though, biking isn’t that butt-focused, except the sides of the butt - it’s very heavy on legs and in particular the front of the thighs, so if you overdo it you might get “frog legs” haha :) What can I say, the best way to work out your butt seems to be… uhm… sex ;) lol you even got it in your username!
