Will this work to make my stomach flat?

Ok so everytime I exercise it hurts so much and puts me in bed for like a day, this is because of a joint with condition I have, so will eating a lot of protein and drinking a lot of water with like a few sit ups a day help me keep my stomach flat or make it flatter? Need advice asap

you know what thats great im not sure what it does but if you go to google or what ever you use type in balanced food pyramid if you eat everything on it for like a month or two youll get really strong and healthy benifits: health 6 pack 4x energy faster happier eyes get better theres so many benefits

if you have ANY sort of meical condition, you should seek advice from a physiotherapist or your GP before starting any excercise regime…

this is your body, doing some excercises may damage your joints further if not done in the appropriate way according to your condition…

but well done for making some effort with your health! all health proffesionals are more than happy to offer advice…just take advantage of that :)

You could also try gentle exercise that doesn;t strain the body too much such as walking and swimming.

I dont take medication I have regualer physio sessions that strengthen my leg muscles
