Flat stomach no core strength

What are some good ways to make my stomach firm without having any core strength lol my stomach is flat but its loose so I get rolls when I sit I just want to make it firmer

go look up this workout, the plank, good excercise

Try doing anything that has to do with balance and/or resistance. Look up workouts on the internet that emphasize on this.
