Will not drinking or eating much affect me?
Well from the time I wake up in the morning to the time I get home from school I do not eat or drink aything at all. I am like veryyy thirsty all the time now but it is like a habit I wont drink or eat anything until I get home. I intake less than 13 ounces of fluid a day, and I never ever drink milk, water, orange juice or anything like that. The best I drink is sprite an kool-aid. But I do eat when I get homee from school. I do not eat fruits or vegetables or anything likee that either. but only intaking less than 13 ounces of fluid will that like cause something to happen ?

yup, your going to get really tired and your going to start not being able to function, basically you’ll feel dizzy and like your going to pass out all the time. trust me, this is NOT good for you. EAT GIRL EAT!
Yes you have to eat when your hungry. if you don’t trust(or like) school cafiteria food (like me) then do what I do, pack your own lunch (a simple sandwich would do it.) and as for dinking most schools will let you bring your own bottle of water from home(or in your case koolaide.) to sip on during class. But prolonging your hunger could leed to serios side affects. trust me I asked my doctor the same thing.
your body will become malnourished, weak, and your metabolism will slow down. you need to eat or drink something. it could cause serious health problems if you keep doing what you are doing, you will be more likely to get sick if you keep your food and water intake minimal and only after school. people need to drink to be hydrated, eat to fuel their body to keep going!
well just so you know, not eating is NOT going to make you loose weight your body needs water and food during this part of the day to keep you going…if you havent eaten or drunk anything the body has no fuel, so youll feel sluggish all the time…your body starts to eat itself…and thats not good…if you dont eat and drink something during this part of the day it could kill you. you need at least 6 glasses of water a day…water flushes out a lot of bad things in your body…so if you deny your body of food and water your imune system will start to break down…as well as lots of other things…eat and drink during this time…its for your own good!!
YOU WILL GET FAT… YOU HAVE TO EAT ROUND THE CLOCK … BELIEVE SOMEONE WHO LIVED IT
if you keep this up you will get more and more tired until your body finaly gives up and you pass out
OMG! im the same… its like if I eat then ill be really ill and yuu actully cant eat for hours lol its really horribe and annoying
OMG food and fluids are like fuel for your body and mind ,you have got to put it in to make it go,what you are doing to your body is madness,carry on and you will be ill soon
