I eat too much

I eat to much. I eat to much that is it. I eat when I hungry or when I am bored. I am not fat. I usually raid the fridge looking for chococlate or biscuits or rum balls (if it’s christmas) and then when I am downstairs on the computer I drink fanta or sunkisk. I had 2L of water and an apple for breakfast this morning. How can I stop eating so much… I really don’t like it.

I’m the same way. Try doing something to occupy yourself when you get bored. Go run. Do homework. Anything but eat! (:

Find new habits. Try to occupy your time with other things. I’m the same way I am 5 ft 7 and 128 pounds yet you would think as much and as often and what I eat I would be huge.

I agree, just try different hobbies so you dont think about food as your only choice when you’re bored. Just stay busy. : D

I do the same thing but just recently I forced myself not to eat AS much and quit snack foods and soda try eating a lot of fruit and water to hold you off until dinner and get another hobby, or something else to occupy yourself it is pretty tough though.

I have never been able to find a way to eat less (except when I’m busy), but if you switch to eating healthy snacks (just dont buy the junk food anymore), salads, fruits, etc you will do a lot better… you’ll be tempted to eat less (I mean how much salad do you want to eat anyways) and it’s a lot healthier and has fewer calories. Find stuff you like though, or it wont work…
