how much weight should I lose eating around 1400kcal a day?

I’m trying to lose weight by xmas so I’ve been eating about 1300-1400kcal a day.

I’m 5’1 and 15 years old. How much weight should I lose by christmas? I mainly want to lose it off my legs and hips.

the depends how many calories you body burns a day. the best way to lose it is to excercise the areas you want weight loss. if you do it by diet alone you body will burn the fat in the order it wants too. and that may not be from your hips and legs.
