How do I stop myself from eating so much?

I eat too much of non healthy food and I need to stop. and I keep telling myself to stop but I dont. I need help because im getting fatter and I need to stop. how to I stop myself from eating whenever im near food?

Why don’t you simply try drinking water. The signals sent to the brain implying hunger and thirst are not easily distinguished so when ever you feel hungry drink a cup of water =)

whenever you crave something good grab an apple or something. banana or eat a rice cake… be aware to still eat full dinner meals and breakfast and lunch.. dont miss meals,. just avoid snacking inbetween. set yourself a goal to eat only one chocolate bar a day or instead of that eat some chips.. or what I did was have a small snack like a choco bar or soemthing and then drink lots of water, water will take away your hunger.. its true… thats the best way to lose weight just drink lots of water. and its also extremely healthy :) GOOD LUCK x it worked for me.

Eat a granola ba, or you can buy I full bar, those are good. and yeah drink water
