Why is my sleeping schedule so out of wack? Do I have a disorder?
I’m a teen and ever since school ended I can sleep whenever I wanted. Well now my schedule is all messed up! I sleep for over 15 hours at a time sometimes. I normally wake up at 3:00 pm- 6:30 pm. It doesn’t matter what time I go to sleep at I still wake up around those times. Here’s another crazy thing… I am sleepy all day long so I wait till it’s a decent time to go to sleep at (till it’s dark out) so I don’t waste my day by sleeping, but I don’t seem to be able to sleep at night even after yawning all day.
Since I’m not tired I at all at night (after I was tired all day) I try to trick my body into staying up till a decent time the NEXT day so I’ll sleep soundly, but as soon as daybreak I’m falling asleep all of a sudden.
When I’m sleeping I can’t remember when people try to wake me up. I am a very deep sleeper… I can sleep through a tornado (lol).
Agh my sleepings all screwed up to Im up all night then I sleep for maybe 3hrs during the day but that’s because I babysit my baby sister at night so she keeps me up with her crying and what not.. I think once school gets started your body will get back into the habit of sleeping at decent hrs of the night.
I hope so…
Yeah I, know… but are you talking about 12pm or am? I ALWAYS wake up at 5:30 pm or someting like that.
