Sleeping disorder ://
Ok I have no idea but I can’t sleep and it’s driving me crazy lol but really I can’t sleep and I’m really sleepy yea I know weird but I don’t know what to do and I start school in a couple of days ://
I know it does!! It drives me nuts! I tried music CDs and nothing works. But I quess keep your eyes open without blinking till they’re watery and then close them and think if nothing. Sometimes it helps but It hhasent really been workinhg for me now. Guess I’m used to it but it’ll probably help u. Try it.

Sometimes very simple things disrupt our sleep. Are you agitated, worried about anything? Could be a number of things. I have a sleeping disorder and I sleep in a completely dark room with a sleep mask. No noise! I removed my tv and computer from my bedroom and usually unplug my phone while resting.
I don’t know I’ve never been checked for bipolar they tell me I’m bipolar but like joking around and I don’t know I can’t sleep at all only during the day it sucks ://
I’ve tried pills none work just make me hyper I have no idea why haha I still haven’t slept and it’s 8:53 ://
