Why is my sleep schedule weird?

I go to sleep at like 6pm, wake up at 10am(stay up all day). Then thatt night I stay up ALL night, then stay up all day, then got to bed a 6pm, and wake up again at around 10am. !?!?!?!?!

Sounds to me like it’s a sleep schedule you have chosen. If yu were in school or had a job, you wouldn’t be able to do, and probably wouldn’t.

Or that your biological clock has been knocked off your usuasl rotation… try to wear your self out one day then at 10pm ish clear your mind and try to fall asleep maybe then you will be put back in normal rotation. saying that ive excluded alot of varibles if you have a sleeping disorder or light sleeper, other things maybe waking you up…….im off rotation only b/c i dont have school right now but once fall rolls around if your really determined to get back on track….well it works for me =]

I don’t know what’s wonr, I sleep perfectly fine on night, then the next I stay up all night, then sleep perfectly fine the next night…skipping nights… :( On the nights I stay up all night I am not even sleepy!!!
