Where can I find a good free work out?

Where can I find a good work out that will tone me up quick? I don’t have money for a gym and I don’t have time to do weight lifting, so it looks like it’ll be mostly resistance training but anything for my abs, obliques, thighs and my arms would be great :] Thanks :]

well you can use water bottles if your on the go and after awhile youll feel burn and youll know its working after doing it for a while

These are from a workout video called the Bar Method . You can use a chair for balance in front of you for them. You start off by standing with your feet and legs together and go up and down on your tippy toes 20 times. Then you do the same thing again 20 times but this time with your feet in a V position. Then once again with your legs spread further apart with your feet facing outwards. You feel those right away and it’s really quick and easy to do. (: (:
