What's the best way to get fit again?

I walk to and from school every day (30min walk) and I have girls sport 3 times a week but i know that’s not enough I don’t have any home equipment apart from a excise bike but that doesn’t do much. so does anyone know any good way of getting fit again?? (without going on a diet cause I don’t need to lose weight)

exersise everyday eat and only healthy food

You’re still decently active, which is nice. I don’t think you’d really need to add a lot to your regimen. If you’re walking thirty minutes a day, doing extracurricular activities and riding an exercise bike, you doing better than most. Maybe just try and find some core exercises to do, or work on building muscle?

I walk an hour a day lolz it a 30min walk to school and then 30 mins back, and ok thanx for the help everybody :3

Take a bunch of diet pills, then sit on your a$$ and hope for the best. It’s the American way. :)

I’m fine in weight and I don’t need a diet then could cause my death someday.

Don’t get lazy feeling for going walking and running, if you do these things daily you can see the best result. With these things you have to do some more exercises for burning your unwanted fat.
