What would be the best way to lose 35 pounds and get abs?

Okay im 5’7 155 pounds what would be the best way to lose 35 pounds and get abs? and how long it would take.

emoxchico. I run about 3 miles everyday and I eat like a 1000 calorie diet, sometimes 1200. but it dont show?

I wanna be down to 125 or 130 in weight but ill build my muscle weight up to 145.

not to be mean but the average what for a man your age is 140 so dont lose to much

Any ab work out and running would be a start. Drink water and not so much junk food. Might take 2-3 weeks. Maybe a week if your pretty active.

Uhuh. You dont lose weight then build muscle (that makes no sense), if you’re exercising and stuff you will build muscle and lose FAT at the same time. Muscle weighs more than fat and so you may actually not see a difference on the scale. You actually need to eat the 2000 calories in order to do that. It is also going to take some time. Starving your body is not the way to go. Just have a little patience. Also ab workout is kinda necessary to get abs. If you’re really serious about this I suggest you get one of those workout muscle books. It will give you a sensible diet plan (you cannot live off 1000 calories), as well as teach you how to build up muscle safely.

Right, well.. to built up muscle, eat plenty of proteins… to lose the fat/weight eat less fats/junk. to get this muscle you want you should make up a work out plan. and maybe buy some weights, nothing serious but maybe like some 5KG dumbells. but thats optional, you can get abs and muscle without using anything. do something like 4 sets of 25 situps, then maybe 4 sets of 25 crunches.. make up some curcuits. for losing the fat part you should try going for runs… and everytime you go try and run a little further or a little faster but the same distance, you could try starting at 1.5 miles.. if you want more help add me as a friend and FM me. g’luck buddy
