eat less, work out ( just do like 50 push ups, 75-100 crunchs, and run a lot though out the day for a couple of weeks (runing is the most important )

eat healthy and excercise…it wont come quickly…lol losing weight all waiting time lol byee hope I helped p.s im on a diet but the weight isnt coming off quickly…!!

You can lose weigh and ge in shape by eating healthy and staying active. That usually doesn’t come about as fast as you’d want it to, but it can get you there. You have to be patient and stay true to yourself.
