What will happen if I do this?

I have a bike down in my basement, but its the one you don’t drive, like it doesn’t go anywhere. I forget the name of it, haha. Anyways, if I would ride it for about 30 to 35 minutes everyday for a while, what would happen to me? Like would my legs get toned, or what?

It’s called an exercise bike.

Your legs will get tone, you’ll burn calories, and eventually you’ll boost metabolism as well as burn fat.

I foget whats its called to, lol but I have one of them. and yes that will help your legs will become toned.
