  You can't force someone to be a dad. Get a lawyer and have him sign his parental rights away and make sure the court orders him to pay child support. Even if he has no money now the money will still be owed to you and when he does have money the court will give you the back owed support money.

  well my real dad left me then went to jail for child abuse and still owes my mom a lot I mean a lot of money or child support so take him to court and get him to pay child support
