Eating to lose fat & gain muscle

I want to build more muscle, and lose a lot of fat.

What should I be eating to do so? If I only eat things without fat calories and work out, will I lose fat?

Eat peanuts. They’ve got protien in them, which is good for building muscle. What are “fat calories?” You’ve got to really work out; actually challange yourself.
