Ok you might have seen my other ? But whats the best way to lose 10 lbs in a week or 2??

It is very unlikely that anyone could lose 10 pounds in that amount of time and you shouldn’t really make that your goal because you may be tempted to use drastic measures which are dangerous. You could cut out all sugary, fatty foods, make water the only thing that you drink since it is pretty much the only drink that is calorie free, create a temporary rule that all between meal snacks must be 100 calories or less, eat plenty of fruit and veg, soup is a low calorie meal, exercise- effective workouts are aerobics, swimming and running, be sure to get some protein (the lean kind), carbohydrate (not too much) and dairy (low fat kinds) each day. Not eating after 8 o’clock was a bigfactor in weight loss for me. Good luck!

There really isnt a safe way to do that. Id recommend just diet and excersize,and drinking lots of water. Try not to eat many sweets or junk food.
