What is a good way to cope with intense anger?
I get angry at the littlest things. sometimes its as bad that if somebody glances at me, it sets me off. and when I get angry I tend to breathe really fast and heavy and I tense up. I feel like im hurting the people around me when I get this mad. hows a good way to control my anger..?
Breathing evenly and closing your eyes, usually at the same time is good, or like bring urself away from the moment and relax, and just let time go by because over time your anger subsides, and it should get better… think bout happy stuff, or temporarily daydream to think about something happy… this all works for me when I get angry..
