Last night I got mad and punched the wall and was bleeding. So how can I relieve my anger without blood.
I'm a very temperamental person, but I tell myself to suck it up. I'd think of something better, something you could treat yourself too for not verbally or physically giving into your anger. Example... If someone makes fun of me, and I want to have my revenge...I'd keep quiet, but talk it out to someone and then grab a cookie or something.
I think you should find something that takes your mind off it if that doesnt work try screaming into a pilow thts wat i do and trust me it makes you feel alot better
Write it down in a diary or journal. Then go to a place where no one can hear you and scream into a pillow. That ALWAYS helps me. :]

Rip up paper, scribble real hard on paper, stack a few pillows and whack them real hard.
