High school anger,stress, and other how to cope

My normal way I deal with angry has changed instead of saveing it up and useing to good use I focesing it on my self, then the stress is not helping me. The person who real made me mad moved away and know his moving back. I lost can’t think barely, one of my friend told me to go to a threpist he said it helped him but I don’t know.

Take your friends advice. Try to avoid the person that realy upsets you. Sometimes a hobby will alliviate stress, or talking to someone. It is good that you release your stress, now redirecting it in a good way. That is where the therapist will be very helpful.
