What are ways to cope with stress?

What are some healthy ways to deal with stress? I don’t want to take any medications, or anything, to help me feel more calm. But, I’m sick of feeling stressed out all the time. Suggestion?

alright well belive me i know completly were your coming from and all i have to suggest is do maby a hobby or go out and go bowling with some friends or something..
