For home work I am doing a menu for a party but it hast to be healthy!! can you give me a few ideas !! thank you xx
I'd go with low fat chips, check 'em out there's some tasty ones out there. Low fat dips, veggies obviously, and you said 'healthy' not necessarily low fat. There are some good frozen vegetarian delights in the frozen section. And if you can afford it, salmon or smoked fish. Tabouli!!! you can get it at most supermarkets deli. In fact, ask at the delis they'll help you out a lot if they know what they're doing.
well there are so manyyy! start off by a salad bar full of boiled corn,vege's,friut chatt,low fat cream,boiled sapagethi and etc have a water for drinks...:P and hv boiled beans with boiled rice or chineese rice. hv fried chicken thats it! bless u mishi :P
