Is it healthy to work out before I sleep?

I usually come home from school,sleep ,eat,etc.Then I get out,come back late at night,workout (every other day),take a bath,then sleep.So is it good to work-out an hour before going to bed?And almost half an hour before taking a shower?

Nothin wrong with it, I do it all the time, but it does make it harder for me to go to sleep

That’s why I’m asking,cause I don’t see anything wrong with it.Infact I think it’s good for the muscles to start relaxing shortly after working out..

you can do some workout but keep your dinner 2-3 hours away from your night sleep

It’s really good to work out before you go to sleep, but make sure you workout about 3 hours before bedtime. That way your body will be tired by the time you crawl into bed instead of your body being awake from a recent workout :)

you can try @ evening time, so that you can build your body well

i do this all the time in my bedroom! i dont think there’s anything wrong with it just make sure you stretch before you go bed other wise you might be in pain the next morning :) xx

Well,can’t do that.I can only do it every other week because every other week I”m in school from early mornning. Thanks though.
