What are some good home work-outs ? any good routines? EXAMPLE) 20sit-ups

               15min of running in place

I’d say, probally 10 biycyles, that when you lay on your back and lift your feet and move them round and round like a biycyle, and 30 sit ups, but be careful, because last time I tried that, I got out of the couch where I did them, and I accidently pulled out a dead wasp, and it still stang me, so please be careful, and 10 push-ups would be good for your muscles, and remember, if your trying to lose weight or get strong muscles, cut off all the sugar, you can have a little bit once every three days, but that’s it, hope my advice works.
