Familiar Path TM
Now and again there is a path I walk down Sometimes there are people in crowds tightly packed Other times there isn’t anyone around
It’s interesting to see how people act Observe simple life situations- actions Each time I walk this path it’s the same- exact
From a bench I watch people’s interactions I see the same people infront of the bars Telling same stories- getting same reactions
Same guy on the corner playing guitar I spot a homeless man with a fist of change I wittness the same three guys smoking cigars
At the smoke shop- conversation they exchange We are all on the same path- isn’t it strange?
Nothing really. I was given a poetry assignment last year. We just had to write about a place we liked and I couldn’t think of a place exactly so I wrote about a path? aha
