What are some fast ways to get skinnier?

Please don’t say diet and excersise or you’re fine the way you are. I know diet and excersise may help but I want fast results. Something quick and easy. Maybe something laying around the house. Thanks for helping! xoxo Nikki

Seriously? “Don’t say diet and exercise.” What do you want? Magic? Quit being lazy and take care of yourself, not just to lose weight or maintain a healthy body weight, but so you’re HEALTHY. Too many people on here don’t seem to view exercise as something mandatory to that. Apparently it’s just some chore that comes around when you’re feeling fat. You should be in an exercise routine and eat healthy anyways. Want something quick and easy? Take a pair of very sharp scissors and cut anything you don’t want off, great way to lose weight, I’m sure. No diet or exercise required.

depends what you want, if you want to lose weight real quick for an occasion then just cut your diet down to like 400 calories or less per day and the weight will drop off you but then when you start eating again you just rebound and put all the weight back on. your trying to have a lazy aproach and thats just not how it works. some people work so hard to loose weight. no household object is going to magic fat away.

try the G.I. diet… look it up on google…it works REALLY FAST! like I lost about 11 pounds in 2 and a half weeks
