Answer #1

Tina. aka shards just kiddin, I mean, it would probably do the trick, but with life-altering side effects, and not for the better…

Answer #2

If you order and take phentermine, that will do the trick. It worked for me. That’s almost 2months. Of course everyone will say it is unhealthy, but I’m just fine. Also Adderll XR helps you to lose weight really fast too. It has amphetamine in it, which makes you lose your appetite and forget to eat. If you are serious, that is the fastest way. And no you won’t die, before anyone says it. Good luck!

How to LOSE weight?

First, determine from the information below, what your weight should be. Then set yourself goals of a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year. As you see yourself meeting your goals it becomes easier. Remember, you didn’t gain your weight overnight so don’t expect to lose if overnight. Plus, weight lost slowly is more likely to stay off than weight lost in a hurry.

If you need conversion info, 1 kg = 2.2 pounds and 2.54 cm = 1 inch (12 inches = 1 foot)

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it’s not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

“What should a minimum calorie intake be?”

As a guide to minimum calorie intake, the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) recommends that calorie levels never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 calories per day for men. Even these calorie levels are quite low.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

It’s not humanely possible to lose 50 pounds in less then two months. To lose fifty pounds you’d need to take everything slowly, and allow time for your body to become gradually smaller. It’s not safe to lose more then 2-3 pounds a week. So losing fifty pounds would take about 16.5-25 weeks! To lose one pound a week you’d need to reduce your daily intake by 500 calories, or exercise about an hour a day to burn that many calories. Remember, one pound is about 3,500 calories. For exercising there are many calorie-burning activities to participate in. Pick an activity that will make you break a sweat but still be fun at the same time. I suggest Karate. I’ve been taking it for several years and it is so much. At the same time, you are learning about respect and trying to achieve a higher rank. Some other fun activities are bike-riding, Rollerblading, soccer, swimming, and jumping on the trampoline. Remember to pick an activity that you love; not one that burns the most calories. That would get you bored and out of it very quickly. As for diet, you should eat no less than 1200 calories if you’re a female, or 1800 if you are a guy. Both of these estimates are low so this is just the very minimum. Don’t eat foods with sugar, fat, or excessive amounts of carbohydrates. Healthy fats like Peanut butter and granola are fine though. I am now 92 pounds and now I am working on abs I USED THIS ROUTINE: -Jog for 10-20 minutes (wherever you want) -Then do like 50-75 jumping jacks -Then if you can do REAL pushups proberly 20 (if you cant then just do modifie, look it up) -Then if you can do 30-40 REAL sit ups if you cant dont pressure your self
