How much do you think I can lose before august 20? I neeed help , im so tired of my weight and I wanna lose It how much should I lose to look goood? And how can I do it to lose a lot before august 20? Pleaseee help Here is a picture of me! No comments please! Im trying to lose weight
hi dont worry its to easy.just make a low fat dietchart.I was 78kg.becoz of dietchart now my weight is 48kg.

what I found was a good diet is the carb diet. you eat lors of food thats on there and they dont tastes like dirt. its called the low carb diet you can look it up on the internet. you loose a lot of weight really fast and its a good diet. my brother lost 20 lbs the first month of him doing it. I to am trying to loose weight before really the summer so this is what im doing. I’ve tries starving myself dont do it you feel miserable and your cranky. than once you eat you gain more weight than you lost. but if you do this diet and stick to it you can loose the weight fast or slow cas you choose how many carbs you take in. like if you take in 20 you loose it faster but if you take in 50 it takes awhile but you wont gain it back. but if you want to know more about this just email me on these 2 things superkaykay16 (on youtube)

I think now you are like 210. so I think that 150 is the perfect weight for u! its easy because now ull lose it FAST! just go on a low fat diet and walk or run on the treadmill! also drink lots of fluids! you CAN DO IT!
Ah, you don’t look to be “overweight” just a little chubby. I am also getting into shape (Marine Corps. Infantry soon) and I set up a perfect workout for myself to lose weight and gain muscle mass. For you, I can recommend my “Ab day workout. Ab day is my 5th day of workout (I train twice a day, 5 days a week ) Anyway, I want you to do these workouts:
15-min Run (This will get blood flowing through your entire body and burns fat) Ab Press - 5 sets of 100, 75, 50, 25, 15 (Use weight if you want. I use 20-100lbs.) Crunches - 5 sets to failure 15-min. Run - Try to run the whole time with limited walks. Hanging Ab Crunches - 5 sets to failure (Pull-Up hang but lift your legs up to your chest) 10-min. Run
This helps me get to my abs faster (I never had abs before, but after a few weeks, I started noticing some). That workout is great for someone of your “type”. I see lots of people who come to my gym your weight and they always do these exercises wrong. Key thing to do is to “squeeze” the abs when you do this workout that focuses only the abs. These can all be done at home as well with regular weights like gallons of milk or foods.
If you take any supplements that help you, take them regularly. I take Protein, Arginine, Glutamine, and Creatine every day. You try this workout and tell me how it goes. It should work. What’s the big occassion for anyway (Aug. 20)?

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range also weight loss does NOT happen fast it happens GRADUALLY and it can take months to loose weight and see results not hours, not days, not weeks…MONTHS healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight anything else will either damage your health make you gain all the weight back and then some or do both and to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day and eat healthy and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water because there all full of sugar
