weight? diet? help me please!

I am about 5’3’’ im 15 years old almost 16 and I weigh 126 pounds! okay you might say that thts a good weight. but I dont feel it is. I want to get down to about 115-120. I mean I dont really care as much about the number, but I wanna just tone up. mainly in my thighs and arms, and get a flat belly. can anyone help? exercises? foods? just does anyone have any good advice?? thanks (:

For starters do the basics, push ups, crunchers and squatting your body, but a lot. Drink a lot of water, it will help bring the toxins out of your body. Eat right, if you dont eat right, for example, you decide to go starving yourself, you will just go the opposite way.
