How could I keep the weight offf please help!!!

I know how to lose weight, I just dont know how to keep it that way when I do!!! please help!!!

To keep off the weight just work out. Like what I do, everynight I do about 30-60 sit-ups. Eat at least 5 small meals a day, and excersise, you can even do that with friends. Ex: Yoga, bike riding, roller bladeing, basketball, dance etc..

OK! I have the SAME problem… all you have to do it just excersise EVERYDAY and not eat junk food, which we all know is hard to do, but I you want to lose it and keep off the weigh do it!! only eat junk on special occasions

hi pwmegumshoe, first off, hi! you answered one of my ?’s. Second off, you could excercise, eat healthy foods, cut off the junk food, and stuff like that(without stopping) lol
