I’am 15 and I wont to lose 10 to 15 pounds before the summer time. What foods should I eat to lose my belly fat befor the summer time

lots of water and fish , less carbs and fat , more protein from whjole grains. cardio and sleep.

if you wanna lose weight healthily, then you should eat foods low in calories and low in fat and also work out…and for the foods, eat yougurt, fish, salad, stuff along those lines

ok, the best thing to do is cut out all chocolate and junk food which includes biscuits, cookie, popcorn, sweets, crisps etc., I have recently done that and I only then realsied how much junk I really ate :)

Try to balance your meals - carbohydrates, protein, calcium, natural fats etc. drink plenty of water, it flushes out your body and kepps your body water levels at a good amount, the reccommended amount is 8 glasses a day, but I find that quite hard.

Also, do a bit of exercise, even if it is just walking everyday, maybe do some sports?
