How can I lose 10 or 15 pounds?

well, iam 5’9 I weigh 140 lbs but I want to lose 10-15 pounds… for the passed 3 days I have been doing 30 minutes of running and eating not a healthy diet necessarily but balanced. about how long will it take me to lose this weight or can anybody tell me how long it took them to notice results doing the same thing I did but maybe different eating habits, and if so what would you eat? I find myself gertting like ridiculously strong cravings all the time and I cant take my mind off food so I just end up eating, how do I reduce my cravings? any tips would be soo helpful! thanks

If you were previously sedentary, you will look noticeably more shapely in just one month. You may not lose as much weight, but it would be because your fat cells would have been replaced by muscle cells.

If you are constantly hungry, you probably aren’t eating enough. My advice is to eat more. Eat in small portions and don’t skip any meals. If you kept up your current eating style, you will gain back some weight you’ve lost once you start eating normally.

i lost weight by eating salads everyother day depends on which way you wanna lose weight if you wanna do it fast then i sujest hardly eating

slowly then go on a diet!

By the way, at 5’9 and 140 lbs you don’t actually need to lose any weight.
