Can I lose 25lbs by the end of May?

I was wondering, seems like for the last two or three days I’ve been on the treadmill for about an hour each time, or atleast 40 minutes a day. and I havent been eating exactly too much. im burning about 310 calories when I work out. plus, I do sit ups right after I run on the treadmill. do you think it is possible at all to loose about 25 lbs by the end of May??? And also, what are some good foods, that aren’t too heavy in the calorie/ fat areas??

Yes a lot of fruits and veggies, most are water based and give you the required nutrients to live so they burn off fast and you wont die from lack of nutrition, proteins are important aswell… Fish!!! that is unbattered not pan fried or deep fried, must be baked, also breads are bad they have higher calorie and cholesteral. If your eating eggs no yolk’s (sorry I know there fun and yummy but it shouldnt happen). Also step it up a notch, try increasing the intesity abit before you increase the time, you will sweat more and burn more calories. I’f you want more nutrition info it supposed to be on all food items, just check for lower calories and lower carbs then everything else, Just work hard and you shouldn’t have any troubles with your goals!
