Want to lose 25lbs in 2 months
I really want to lose 25 pounds in 2 months!! recenty I have lost only 6 pounds but I keep running everyday and eating heathly and I havent lost anymore pounds yet.. soo can you please help me ..what should I do!!

thats alottt of weight. its not alll about eating healthy and exercing. it helps to not eat anything about 3 hours before you go to bed because if you do then all that food fat is just sitting there and goes to your stomach.but yes keep eating healthy and if you dont eat alott of carbs and candy you will adventually loose the weight
the best way it to eat healthy and excersise. DONT starve yourself. make sure you eat breakfast, because no matter what you think, it really is the most important meal of the day :). it’s what gets your metabolism rolling, and without you might lose a bit of weight because your not intaking as many calories, but eventually you will gain all the weight back and more, guaranteed. REMEMBER: the equation to weight loss is eat a bit less and move around more, as long as your burning off the calories you eat, there;s no weigh that you can gain weight! hope this helps
