what is the fastest way to lose weight before may 7, 2010(prom)?
im 17, 5’4” I play soccer 4 1/2 hours a week and volleyball everyday for 45ish min 5 times a week. how can I lose 5 lbs in my mid section, before prom night?

You need to eat. It’s extremely unhealthy not to eat. All that will happen is you’d stop eating, your metabolism will get all messed up so when you start eating again, you’ll just gain all the weight you lost back and probably more.
Something you can do is just eat healthier! Skip out on the sweets that are surrounding you & grab an apple? You could also exercise. as oddball123 said, situps and crunches will work your abdominals so that’s something to try (: Hope this helped even a little!
