How to lose weight by the end of the month?

I really want 2 lose some weight by august 27 and I need help how do I lose a decent amount fast?

INCREAS YOUR WATER INTAKE AND EXCERSIZE> cut out all the fried foods chew sugar free gum, WALK EVERYDAY! you can do it.

when you get hungry chew some sugar free gum like the person above said.. i really like orbit.. its sugarfree.. and drink water.. it will hold you over till the next meal rather then getting something out of a vending machine.. also like they said.. dont drink ANYYY pop or any other type of drink other then water or crystal light… i lost about 7 pounds in 2 weeks or something like that.. just by not drinking anything other then water or something like crystal light… :D
