What are some actual diet tips?

does anyone haveany tips that hey have or havent tried? dont give me all that just exercise and eat healthy crap! have you got any actual tips.

When you eat make sure after you eat a bite of food take a sip of water you’ll fill up so fast. When your very hungry and somewhere where you can’t really eat a meal like school for example buy hot tea and it will fill you up.

You can eat as much as you usually do and still lose weight if you run for 30 minutes every morning. It speeds up your metabolism and basically tells your body to use those calories instead of storing them - preventing weight gain. So do that and stop complaining. This is a place for giving good advice, not telling you what you want to hear.

ok..I was going to say the exercise and eat healthy..lol..but im not…sooowhat you can do in your diet that are some good tips aRe:

dont eat past 5 or 6pm eat slowly (u get full faster) dont eat in front of a tv or comp (u end up eating 3 times as more because you dont even notice…) dont check your weight constantly..(it can lower your will power…check it once you feel you r loosing weight..) COUNT your CALORIES! this is very important so you dont go over) subtract 500 calories a day (3500 a week) to loose a pound a week!! park your car farther away so you can walk father drink water instead of juices or sodas or drinks high in calories…
