diet pills alone do not work speaking from experience u need will pwer too, i was taking adepex it had ephedrine, so it helped with energy but that was about it, it still took some real will power to fight cravings and hunger.

Answer #2

Diet pill don’t generally work unless you change your eating habits and exercise, the few that do work are because of the high amounts of caffine, that speeds up your metabolism, which of course is not healthy or safe. You can accomplish the same thing if you just eat smaller portions of healthy foods and exercise.

Answer #3

Sometimes they work, but mostly no. I’m glad you won’t be using them as sikashimmer said they are very unhealthy. Lots of chemicals in diet pills that are not fit for the “Human Body”.

Answer #4

It depends, there’s a lot of diet pills out there. There’s OTC and prescription.

But what usually happens with diet pills is they work but the user either has to remain on the pills for life and/or up the dosage to obtain the same results which can cause some health issues. When the user goes off of them, they usually gain the weight back and sometimes more.

So it’s a temporary solution, usually pretty unhealthy.

Diet pills cause all sorts of problems with their side effects I think you should talk to your G.P who could advise the safest weight loss methods
