Do you believe that the blood type diet actually works?
I personally think that it is nonsense, for example I am type O, but the things that they suggest I should eat I find pretty much revolting.
I don’t quite believe in it. I checked this out Online, and really, if you follow their diet completely, you could be depriving yourself of some very important nutrients. For an example.. I think they say that grains and dairy products are off limits for ‘type o’? Would this mean “type o” needs to live off of calcium and fiber supplements to make up for it?
I don’t personally believe that they key to a healthy lifestyle is in blood. Everything just needs to be consumed in moderation.
