dude, don’t cut ALL carbs. so many people have false ideas on carbs. There are GOOD carbs and there are BAD carbs. good carbs are whole wheat breads, noodles, pancakes, potatoes, etc. bad carbs are sweets with a lot of sugars in them or things made with white flour. (cakes, ice cream, candies) the best thing to do is to eat healthy, make sure you get all of your daily servings of fruits, veggies, grains, dairy and possibly cut down but if you’re eating really unhealthy right now, just eat the same amount but switch to eating healthy things… AND… workout.
Cut the carbs.(totally) Sodas are your enemy EVEN DIET (diet is actually worse)!! cut your portions in half. if you each a steak or beef make sure its no bigger than your palm. chicken and fish are awesome! almost all sugar is bad also, even sugar subsitutes. Try to cut back on bread also. If you want a small dessert, dont have any bread, If you want bread dont have any dessert. and OFCOURSE drink a lot of water Ü
Watch your diet. Exercise. Monitor your weight, fat percentage, lean body mass. Find out from a medical professional for your height, frame, and age what weight range you should be aiming for.
Then, work towards that. Cardio exercise that makes you sweat a lot will burn more calories, and more fat, than anaerobic exercise which builds muscle.
Increasing your lean body mass will increase your metabolic rate, even at rest, so the more muscle you have, the more you’ll burn fat, even when sitting & not exercising.
oh whatever anyone else would do like cut down on eating, walk, exercise, eat small portions, and things like that!!
